Every pregnancy and birth deserves loving support, care, attention and customized care, and I am committed to your experience and will guide you in planning for your optimal birth experience- no matter what that looks like for you. All ways of birthing are equally precious and my only concern is for your comfort and happiness.

2-4 prenatal appointments to build our relationship
Birth Service
Built in Backup with one of my backup Doulas
1-2 postpartum visits to check in
Evaluation for postpartum depression/anxiety and referral to help if needed
Packages:
Package 1- includes birth doula care and 4 hours postpartum care in your home
Package 2- includes birth doula care and 8 hours postpartum care in your home
Package 3- includes birth doula care, 8 hours of postpartum care and Moroccan Belly Binding
Package 4- includes birth doula care, placenta encapsulation and Moroccan Belly Binding (Our most popular package!)
